Helpful to include: your device model, iOS version, app version (from the App Store), the email on your SteelPath account, and what happened. Never send your password.
Manage or cancel your subscription
SteelPath Pro is billed through your Apple ID, so subscriptions are managed in iOS Settings, not in the app. Cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap SteelPath.
- Tap Cancel Subscription, or choose a different option.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. You can also reach the same screen from the App Store app: tap your profile picture, then Subscriptions.
For refunds, Apple handles billing. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restore purchases: already subscribed on another device? In SteelPath go to Profile → Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases.
Delete your account
You can delete your SteelPath account and all of its data directly in the app:
- Open SteelPath and go to Profile.
- Tap the Settings (gear) icon.
- Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete account.
- Confirm by tapping Delete My Account.
This permanently deletes your account and all your data, including workouts, progress photos, body logs and everything else in your cloud account. SteelPath also clears its data from your device and signs you out. This can’t be undone.
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an Apple subscription. If you subscribed to SteelPath Pro, cancel it in your Apple ID settings (steps above) so you aren’t charged again.
Can’t sign in to the app? Email support@steelpathapp.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it.
