Pricing & trial

What’s free in SteelPath?

SteelPath is free to download. Free features include all ready-made splits and building your own, guided programs with auto-progression and deloads, workout logging, the rest timer, the plate calculator, the exercise library with demo videos, stats and personal records, streaks, the calendar, the macros calculator and nutrition log, the goal tracker, and cloud sync.

What does SteelPath Pro include, and how much is it?

SteelPath Pro is $2.99 per month (US price; the App Store shows your local price). It adds the AI Coach, AI workout generation, the Muscle Map, Trends and Analytics, progress photos, workout reminders, CSV export and four extra color themes.

How does the 15-day free trial work?

Every new account automatically gets 15 days of Pro access from the day you sign up, with no payment needed to start. During the trial you can try 5 AI Coach messages and 3 AI workout generations. When the 15 days end, Pro features lock unless you subscribe. You’re not charged automatically when the trial ends.

Do AI Coach and AI workouts have limits?

New accounts get 5 AI Coach messages and 3 AI workout generations to try during the trial. With SteelPath Pro you can keep using both, subject to daily fair-use limits.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings: open the Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose SteelPath, then tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next month. You keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for. See Support for details.

I already subscribed. How do I restore Pro on a new device?

Sign in to the same SteelPath account, then go to Profile → Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases.

Account, data & devices

Do I need an account?

Yes. You sign in with an email and password. Your account is what lets SteelPath sync and back up your training.

Does my data sync between devices?

Yes. Your workouts, plans, program progress, body log, calendar notes and settings sync to your SteelPath account. On a new device, sign in and use Settings → Data & Backup → Restore from cloud. You can also back up manually with Back up to cloud.

Can I use SteelPath offline?

Yes, for your core training. Logging workouts, the rest timer, the plate calculator, your plans, stats and calendar are saved on your device first, and sync when you’re back online. You need an internet connection to sign in, for AI Coach and AI workout generation, for exercise demo videos, for goals, and for cloud backup and restore.

Which devices are supported?

SteelPath runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS / iPadOS 16.4 or later. The App Store also lists it as compatible with Macs with Apple M1 or later (macOS 12 or later) and Apple Vision Pro.

Is SteelPath on Android?

SteelPath is coming soon to Google Play. Right now you can download it on the App Store.

Can I use kilograms?

Yes. Switch between lbs and kg anytime in Settings → Units.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and all your data and can’t be undone. Full steps are on the Support page.

Training features

What’s the difference between a split and a program?

A split organizes which muscle groups you train each day, and you choose the weights. A program also tracks your main lifts: it remembers each lift’s working weight and raises it, or backs it off, based on whether you hit your reps last session. It also schedules a lighter deload week every 6th week.

What does the Muscle Map show?

It has two modes. Volume compares how many sets each muscle group got over the last 14 days with a balanced target, shading muscles blue (undertrained), green (balanced) or red (overtrained). Recovery estimates how rested each muscle group is based on when you last trained it. Tap any muscle for details. Learn more.

Is the AI Coach medical advice?

No. The AI Coach helps with training questions using your logged data. It doesn’t diagnose injuries or give medical advice. For those, please see a qualified professional.
